Where do you ship?
We currently provide shipping information for delivery within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from Beijing, China.
How long will my order take?

Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders.
Can I return an item?
Eligible new items, including defective and non-defective items, may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Eligible new items may be exchanged subject to availability. Submit a request by emailing support@liangmu.shop or through Contact Us.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless a different arrangement is required by law or confirmed by us in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
