This policy applies to orders delivered in the United States and explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund.
1. 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. We accept return requests for new items that are defective as well as new items that are non-defective, subject to the conditions below.
2. Condition of returned items
Items must be new, unused, and returned with original components, packaging, and proof of purchase where available. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
3. How to start a return or exchange
Email support@liangmu.shop or submit a request through our Contact Us page within the 30-day window. Include your order number, the item you are returning or exchanging, and a short description of the reason. For defective or damaged items, include clear photos of the issue and packaging when possible.
4. Return shipping and fees
Approved returns are sent by mail to our return address in Beijing, China. Unless a different arrangement is required by applicable law or confirmed by us in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible new items, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
6. Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after approval to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly at support@liangmu.shop or through Contact Us so we can review the issue and provide next steps.
