This Shipping Policy applies to eligible orders delivered within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from Beijing, China.
1. Order cut-off and processing
Orders submitted before 12:00 PM Central Time (Chicago) are reviewed for processing that business day where possible. Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
2. Transit and estimated delivery
Standard transit takes approximately 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday, after an order has been processed. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 6–13 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address accuracy, customs handling, peak periods, or other events outside our control.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. Any applicable shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Taxes, customs, and import charges
For deliveries from China to the United States, customs authorities or carriers may assess duties, taxes, or other import charges. Where Shopify checkout displays such charges, they are shown before order completion. If charges are not displayed at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for amounts assessed by the applicable authority or carrier.
5. Address and tracking
Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Once an order has entered processing, address changes may not be possible. When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact details provided with the order.
6. Split shipments and delivery issues
Items from one order may arrive in more than one shipment. If your package appears delayed, damaged, or incomplete, email support@liangmu.shop or use Contact Us with your order number and the details of the issue.
